That's not quite true.

If no formatting is used in emails, they get sent as plain text (from iOS anyway). Most email software renders plain text as Helvetica or similar.

Also, monotype for my work signature wouldn't be a good look. I use the table for reliable cross-platform control of spacing and alignment around my logo. It works perfectly with Mail.app on macOS and Thunderbird on PC/Linux, but not at compose time on iOS (it's totally fine at other times).

Could you tell me how to solved this?

I haven't looked into Android app caching, but can confirm this doesn't work with iOS apps -- they are retrieved with a unique authorisation key in the query string each time, which makes them uncacheable (unless you're running a macOS Server with Caching enabled). macOS apps can be cached with a line like this, however:

<pre><code>refresh_pattern -i osxapps\.itunes\.apple\.com 129600 100% 129600 ignore-reload ignore-no-store override-expire override-lastmod ignore-must-revalidate ignore-private

Thanks for the information it has been an absolute godsend.

Just wondering if there have been any changes to this configuration and are you caching apps as well?

Thanks in advance!

Try this patch. I found it while searching for the patch from haveblue that was mentioned in the earlier messages of this thread. I foolishly updated to macOS Sierra and after the update Notebook 11 would not open. I tried downloading the patch from haveblue listed earlier, but that link is dead. Here is the patch I found and I now have Notebook 11 working in Sierra.

if you do use this work around on Yosemite or El Capitan don't allow the software to start up at log in, as this runs in the background and as you are using an older version it really eats into the battery as its really eating into processing power - use the activity monitor if you're sceptical. An yes if you do run El Capitan you will have to disable SIP in the command line. What a nightmare just wish there was an alternative to this mess.
